About Us: Baltic Forest Enthusiasts

Who We Are

We are not a massive corporation. We are a small, passionate group of ethnobotanical enthusiasts based in the Baltics — deep in the ancient pine and birch forests where Amanita muscaria and Amanita pantherina have grown for millennia.

Our mission is simple: to connect fellow researchers, collectors, and nature lovers with premium, wild-harvested Amanita mushrooms while respecting nature and local traditions.

Why the Baltics?

The Baltic region (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) offers one of Europe’s last truly pristine mycological environments. Clean air, mineral-rich soil, and the absence of heavy industry mean our mushrooms grow exactly as nature intended — no pesticides, no fertilizers, no pollution.

For generations, Baltic foragers have passed down knowledge of sustainable harvesting. We work directly with these local families to hand-pick only the finest specimens at their peak.

Our Philosophy: Education Over Sensation

We are collectors and researchers, not medical professionals. Every mushroom we offer is sold strictly as:

  • Dried botanical specimens

  • Ethnobotanical study materials

  • Natural curiosities & collection items

We do not make health claims. We do not encourage misuse. We believe in transparency, legality, and respect for these ancient organisms. Our website exists for people who, like us, appreciate mycology as a science and a tradition.
